1. Overview

These terms apply to the purchase of the ex-demonstration 20ft container home listed on this website. By proceeding with purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Condition

This unit is an ex-demo model and has been previously used for display and/or transport purposes.

• The cabin is sold as seen and described
• Minor cosmetic wear, marks or imperfections may be present
• Images and descriptions are provided as an accurate representation but may not reflect every minor detail

3. What’s Included

Your purchase includes:

• The 20ft container home unit as described on the product page

Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:

• Groundworks or foundations
• Crane hire or specialist lifting equipment
• Site preparation
• Utility connections (water, electric, waste)
• Planning permission or approvals

4. Purchase & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure the unit
• The product is sold on a first come, first served basis
• Once payment is completed, the unit is reserved for you

5. Post-Purchase Process

After purchase:

1. Our team will contact you within 24 hours
2. We will review your delivery location and site access
3. Delivery requirements and any constraints will be confirmed
4. A delivery date will be scheduled

We reserve the right to delay delivery until site suitability is confirmed.

6. Delivery & Site Access

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is suitable.

• Adequate access for delivery vehicles must be provided
• Clear access routes, sufficient space and suitable ground conditions are required
• If crane hire or specialist access is needed, this will be at the buyer’s cost

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable access:

• Additional costs may apply
• Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled

7. Suitability & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

• The unit is suitable for your intended use
• Your land or site is appropriate for delivery and placement
• Any required permissions or approvals are in place

We do not assess or guarantee site suitability prior to purchase.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of this product:

• Purchases are considered final once payment is made
• Refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused
• Any approved cancellations may be subject to an administration fee

9. Liability

• Site-specific issues (access, terrain, restrictions)
• Planning permission or regulatory compliance
• Additional costs arising from unsuitable delivery conditions
