The structures, along with caravans and mobile homes, are portable and are not designed to sit permanently, hence they should be exempt from planning permission requirements. All of our containers will have an electricity supply, either through the mains, depending on availability on your site, or through our solar options.
The containers can be plumbed in if there is an available water supply, or alternatively they can be supplied with a water catchment tank for a truly off-grid set-up.
All of our containers are insulated with 50mm Kingspan insulation, which is industry standard for high quality homes.
